For conference speakers · updated May 14, 2026
Keynotes that finish exactly when you promised.
NEHIA structures your keynote, rehearses with you, and keeps time live so the organizer doesn't have to flash time-cards from the front row.
A well-delivered keynote changes the temperature of an event. A poorly timed one ruins catering, holds up the next speaker, and burns your relationship with the organizer. The difference between the two isn't talent — it's prepared, data-backed practice.
NEHIA was built for speakers who treat every keynote as a product: clear structure, measured rehearsals, live Presenter Mode, and post-event analysis to improve next time.
Sound familiar?
Do you know you'll run 5 minutes over but can't cut anything anymore?
The Mentor agent tells you in rehearsal, not on stage.
Do you build every keynote from scratch even though 70% of it is the same content?
Save your base keynote as a template. Next time, duplicate it and only adjust what's specific to the client.
The organizer asked for 30 min and your material is built for 45?
The Nehemías agent recalculates proportions automatically. The same message, distributed for 30, 45, or 60 min.
No idea how much you overrun Q&A versus what you learned before?
The Evaluador agent compares plan vs reality keynote by keynote.
How it works for your next tour
One week before: upload your keynote (PDF, Word, slides as text). The Esdras agent extracts structure — hook, context and authority, 3 sections, applied example, closing. The Nehemías agent distributes it to the time the organizer asked for.
Rehearsals: 2-3 simulations with the Mentor agent that flags when you run over in a section. You refine until you hit your time with margin.
On stage: NEHIA on your iPad on the podium or on a confidence monitor on the side. Clean Presenter Mode. If you've enabled the Live Coach agent, it quietly tells you when to accelerate the closing.
What NEHIA does for you
30/45/60-min keynote template
Hook (3 min) · context and authority (3-5 min) · 3 main sections · applied example · time-boxed Q&A · closing with CTA. Customizable.
Adapts to the organizer's time
If the event runs late and they cut 10 min from you, NEHIA recalculates and suggests which block to compress without losing the core.
Rehearsal mode with feedback
The Mentor agent simulates your keynote, shows you where you ran over, and suggests specific cuts before the real day.
Save as reusable template
Your base keynote stays as a template. Next time, duplicate and only adjust client data and relevant examples.
Post-event evaluation
Real times vs plan. Patterns across months (do you always run over in section 2?). Specific recommendations.

Frequently asked questions
Is it worth it for a keynote I'll only give once?
Even for a single keynote, the difference between rehearsing with feedback versus improvising the timing on stage pays back the $9.99 for the month. But the real value compounds from the 3rd or 4th delivery — you save the template, refine with data, and improve every iteration.
Does it work if the event has no WiFi?
Yes. NEHIA is a PWA — download the session before the event and Presenter Mode works offline. Only the real-time Live Coach requires a connection.
Can I import my slides?
Yes — export your deck to PDF and NEHIA extracts the structure. If you work with notes in Keynote/PowerPoint, copy them to a .docx and use that as input.
Does it work for TEDx and other events with strict timing?
Especially so. TEDx has strict time (18-minute max) and NEHIA is built to enforce it without cognitive overhead during the talk.
My keynote in Spanish or English?
NEHIA works in neutral Latin American Spanish. If you also deliver keynotes in English, the structure / timer / agents work the same — the Guion agent's writing suggestions are in Spanish for now.
