Before class: pick a template (Vinyasa intermediate 75 min, for example) or build your own. Add notes: this week's peak poses, the specific sequence you're teaching, an inspirational reading for the opening.
During class: NEHIA on your smartphone in vibration mode or on a small tablet in the corner. Discreet Presenter Mode: you see the current block, time remaining, and the next block without having to look at the clock.
After: NEHIA shows you how long each block actually lasted. If savasana came in at 4 min when you planned 8, adjust for the next class at the same level.
