10 AI agents · all in one product

Each agent has a specific job.

NEHIA isn't a single AI model doing everything. It's 10 specialized agents that work together across distinct moments of your workflow: before you prepare, during the presentation, and after to make you better.

Agent names are kept in Spanish — they're the actual identifiers inside the product. Their behavior and outputs adapt to your language.

Preparation

Before the session: structure, document parsing, time allocation.

Nehemías · Esdras · Kairos · Sela · Guion

Presentation

During the session: live coaching while you speak.

1. Nehemías

Order and structure

PreparationOpus 4.7

Takes your outline, idea, or document and turns it into timed blocks based on the time you have. If you change from 35 to 60 minutes, Nehemías redistributes proportionally without losing what matters.

Real example

You tell it: 'Sunday morning, 40 minutes on Romans 8:28.' Nehemías returns 6 blocks with suggested durations: opening (3 min), core text (5 min), three points (8/9/8 min), application (4 min), and closing (3 min).

Triggers when

When you create a new session or change the total duration.

2. Esdras

Document parsing

PreparationOpus 4.7

Reads PDF, Word, plain text, or Markdown and extracts the structure: central theme, key passage, author, context, points, illustrations, application, and closing. It doesn't rewrite — it interprets and organizes what you already wrote.

Real example

You upload an 8-page sermon as a PDF. In 30 seconds Esdras returns: title, theme, the 3 points it found, the 4 illustrations it detected, and the practical application at the end.

Triggers when

When you upload a document from 'New session → Document.'

3. Kairos

Time allocation

PreparationHaiku 4.5

Distributes and recalculates times. It knows a typical intro takes 2-3 min, explaining a Bible passage 4-6 min, a main point 6-10 min. It balances everything so your message isn't lopsided.

Real example

It notices you put 25 min on point 1 and only 3 min on the closing. It suggests: 'Point 1 is oversized. Want me to bring it to 12 min and stretch the closing to 7?'

Triggers when

Every time you edit blocks or ask for a redistribute.

4. Sela

Pauses and transitions

PreparationHaiku 4.5

Suggests moments of pause, emphasis, intentional silence, and transitions between blocks — so your message breathes and the audience can absorb what you just said before you move on.

Real example

After point 2 it suggests: 'Five-second pause. Rhetorical question — what would you say if God gave you that promise today? Let the room sit in it before you continue.'

Triggers when

When you generate blocks and when you review the full session.

5. Guion

Notes and key phrases

PreparationSonnet 4.6

Writes block headlines, examples, illustrations, transitions, rhetorical questions, or powerful closings when you get stuck. It doesn't replace your voice — it offers alternatives so you can pick.

Real example

You ask it for help closing point 2. Guion offers three closings: one narrative, one with a rhetorical question, one with a biblical quote. You pick, edit, and move on.

Triggers when

Whenever you explicitly ask for help from the block editor.

6. Mentor

Rehearsal mode

ImprovementSonnet 4.6

Coaches you through rehearsal: simulates the real session, flags blocks where you ran long, asks if you want another pass, and gives you honest feedback on pacing and tone.

Real example

You finish a 45-minute rehearsal. Mentor says: 'You ran 6 minutes over on point 1 — you spent 12 minutes when you planned 6. Want me to trim that block, or stretch the whole session to 50 min?'

Triggers when

When you enter 'Rehearsal mode' before your real session.

7. En Vivo

Live coaching

PresentationHaiku 4.5

The only agent that runs during your actual sermon or class. Quietly tells you when you're behind, ahead, or close to running out of time. Doesn't interrupt — suggests adjustments you choose to apply.

Real example

At minute 22 of a 35-minute sermon, En Vivo appears: 'You're 3 minutes ahead. You can stretch point 3 with a personal illustration, or move to the closing.'

Triggers when

Only if you toggle 'En Vivo' on before you start.

8. Evaluador

Post-session analysis

ImprovementOpus 4.7

After the session ends, analyzes planned versus actual time block by block, finds patterns across multiple talks, and delivers an optimized plan for next time.

Real example

After your 5th sermon on NEHIA, Evaluador notices: 'In the last 5 sessions, point 2 stretched 4-7 minutes every time. Want me to set it to 12 min by default in your next template?'

Triggers when

Automatically at the end of every session.

9. Plantillas

Reusable templates

ImprovementSonnet 4.6

Saves any session that worked as a reusable template. Next time you preach on a similar topic, you start from there instead of from scratch. Also manages the official template set (small group, coaching, masterclass, etc.).

Real example

You preached 'Identity in Christ' one Sunday and it landed well. Save it as a template. Six months later, you're invited to preach something similar at another church — load the template and only adjust the core passage and illustrations.

Triggers when

When you save a session as a template or start a new session from a template.

10. Marketplace

Share and monetize

ImprovementHaiku 4.5

For Founders: publish your templates in the marketplace for other preachers, coaches, or educators to use. Share for free or sell — NEHIA handles payments and attribution.

Real example

You publish a 'Small group for new believers — 6 weeks' template. 47 leaders buy it at $3 USD each. You earn $141 USD minus the platform fee.

Triggers when

Available to Founders during the beta phase.

Why 10 agents instead of one?

Each moment in your workflow needs a different kind of intelligence. Structuring an outline (Nehemías, Esdras — Opus 4.7) needs deep reasoning. Live coaching during your talk (En Vivo — Haiku 4.5) needs maximum speed. Suggesting alternate phrasing (Guion — Sonnet 4.6) needs measured creativity.

Using the right model for each task means: better quality where it matters (preparation), lower latency where speed matters (live), and contained costs — so the plan stays at $9.99/month without compromising on quality.
