Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days of full access to NEHIA Pro with no credit card required. If you cancel within 7 days, you won't be charged.
How does the $6.99 lifetime Founders plan work?
The first 500 users pay $6.99 USD/month and that price stays locked for life, even when we raise the public price later. It also includes a Founder badge on your profile. Once the 500 spots are filled, only the standard $9.99/month plan will be available.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual is $99.90 USD/year (equivalent to $8.33/month — about 17% off versus monthly). There's no annual version of the Founders plan: Founders bill monthly at $6.99 for life.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from 'Account → Manage subscription' at any time. No cancellation fee, no retention call. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my sessions if I cancel?
They stay saved and you can export each one to PDF, Word, Markdown, or JSON before you leave. If you come back later, your sessions are still there.
Do you accept international cards (outside the U.S.)?
Yes. We process payments with Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards issued in any country across Latin America, Europe, and the U.S. Some banks may need to authorize international charges — if your card gets declined, contact us.
Do you charge sales tax / VAT?
Stripe Tax applies the right tax based on your country and shows it before you confirm the payment. In most Latin American countries the charge is USD without local VAT; in Spain and Mexico, VAT applies according to your residence.
How do I update my card or payment method?
From 'Account → Manage subscription' you get full access to the Stripe customer portal — update your card, billing address, and download invoices.
Do you offer discounts for churches or teams?
Yes — if your church, ministry, or team needs 5+ licenses, email us at info@nehia.app and we'll set up a ministry/team plan with adjusted pricing.
When am I charged?
After the 7-day free trial ends. The first charge happens automatically on day 8 if you haven't canceled. Subsequent charges are every 30 days (monthly and Founders plans) or every 365 days (annual plan).
